We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any a lot more. He said he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a new location to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
